Returns
Our led headlights have a 3-year warranty. Replacement of defective bulbs is free of charge. But you need to pay the shipping fee, which is calculated according to the real-time shipping standard. Please feel free to mail to: support@bevinsee.com if you have any issues.

Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, we accept authorized returns within 14 calendar days of the date the product was received by the buyer or original recipient. The buyer needs to follow the relevant procedures of our return policy to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The parcel cannot be returned if you damage them when installing. We have a strict QC process that ensures that the product being shipped is in perfect condition.

Please check whether the fitment is suitable for your vehicle model before purchasing, or consult our customer service to ensure the adaptability. If you ignore the adaptability and buy the wrong one and need to return or exchange it, we will charge you a processing fee of 15% of the total order amount and pay the freight by yourself. If you encounter the same situation and have a dispute about it, please contact us.

Noted: We will not accept refund applications for products that are returned without any feedback to us or any notification, because this is a personal behavior without communication and confirmation, which makes it impossible for warehouse workers to complete the corresponding receiving and processing. So please follow our return process.

  • Any electronic accessory product that has been removed from its packaging or has the manufacturer's seal broken is not returnable.
  • Any part that has been installed or shows signs of attempted installation on a vehicle is not returnable.
  • Any tools or plastic items that have been opened or have broken seals are not returnable.
  • Opened items with damaged packaging are not returnable.

Damaged Items

Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures/make a video if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (our partners). We will assist our customers in these claims/exchange. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!

Please provide videos or pictures for all product-related issues, and we will quickly process returns and exchanges based on actual conditions.

If you want to return it without any quality problems but just don't like it, you are required to pay a 15% restocking fee and pay the freight by yourself.

*We are not accept returned freight collect.

 

Order Cancellation/Modification

If you change your mind, please act quickly! We will process the order quickly.
We usually ship within 24 hours. If you want to change the product/cancel the order, please contact us in time for processing. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.



Refunds
Please contact our customer service via email or Facebook @bevinsee for the return address if the products have quality problems.
Items to be returned should be packaged as they were originally received, also make sure that any other accessories or instructions etc should also be included.
It takes generally 7-15 days depending on your bank to receive the money after you return an item, please contact us if you still not received the refund after 15 days of your claim.
