International Shipping:
Bevinsee is shipping worldwide covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely. Our warehouses are strategically located in New Jersey (U.S.), California (U.S.), Dunstable (UK), Bremen (DE), Sydney (AU) and GUADALAJARA (ES) to provide efficient delivery service. Estimated delivery times fall within 3-7 days, depending on your location and the inventory status at the respective warehouse. Besides, we have FBA warehouse same as Amazon, the delivery time is about 2-5 days. If you have specific requirements regarding the shipping warehouse, please contact us for confirmation before making your purchase.
International orders are shipped from any of our warehouses, whichever offers the fastest delivery time. Due to challenges posed by the pandemic, our carrier is temporarily experiencing shipping delays, which may delay your delivery. We are always work to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible. If the package is not delivered on time, please feel free to contact us first. We will resolve any issues together.
In case an item is out of stock, we will promptly communicate with you to provide updates. The estimated delivery time applies to those states eligible for free shipping. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure to provide an accurate street address (not a PO Box) and up-to-date contact information during checkout.
Please be aware that severe weather conditions may cause logistical delays.

- Expedited Shipping, using FedEx, DHL, UPS & USPS: 3-7 business days ( Tax required, need your tax number or ID number)

If you choose to Express internationally, may need to pay tax; depending on your country. If the package is not delivered on time, please feel free to contact us first. We will resolve any issues together.

If delivery fails due to the name/delivery address/contact information provided, you will be responsible for 50% of the loss or re-delivery costs.

Shipping Damage:
All products are carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged product, please take photos and contact us soon, our service will help you. (Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it). We will reply to you within 24 hours.
Package Returned:
In order to for courier to contact you, please keep the mobile phone free during this period. If you do not receive the package in time, it will be returned to the place of shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this reason.
Customs, duties, and taxes
When ordering Bevinsee products, you are responsible for ensuring lawful importation into the destination country. The recipient acts as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional customs clearance charges should be borne by the recipient; for more information, please consult your local customs office.
