Een luidruchtige koppeling kan tijdens uw rit een grote ergernis zijn. Trillingen en een borrelend geluid die ontstaan wanneer u het koppelingspedaal indrukt, kunnen u vaak irriteren. Met zo weinig kilometers op de teller kan dit probleem gemakkelijk worden aangezien voor een probleem met het vliegwiel in plaats van een versleten koppeling. Het werkelijke probleem wordt veroorzaakt door een beschadigde scharnierpen van de koppeling, die volledig was afgebroken. Hierdoor zat de koppelingsvork niet meer stevig verankerd wanneer de koppelingscilinder het andere uiteinde naar voren duwde.

Took a few taps to get it in, its certainly a bit snug. But all in all I expect it'll do the job just fine.

Dont get brass or plastic. Get steel, it doenst ware nearly as fast and its a direct fit

I used a drill to open the hole more and then I was able to fit correctly the pivot pin. Just a heads up!

It took about 30 minutes of wailing (with some intermittent breaks) with the sledge to get it all the way in. I would recommend two things:
1) Use lube. Oh yeah lube it so much. 2) Get a wire pipe cleaner or a Dremel and wire clean the inside of the hole. 3) A little heat doesn't hurt. Aluminum expands way more than Stainless, so torch the hole a little.

A must have if upgrading to a clutch with a stronger pressure plate, such as a twin disc

Clean it with a dremel after if youre ocd but this is super easy, excellent deal took me less than a minute to install of course mine is on a bench but even under a car youll be fine.

The original part is plastic. If your going to go through the trouble of doing your clutch this is definitely worth upgrading to this Stainless Steel part.
