This deflection pulley has an offset bolt hole and CANNOT be sued for models with a centered bolt hole, if you have one that is not offset you need part #11281748131 which is centered.
This deflector pulley is ONLY for models with clockwise turning power steering pump.

The pulley has a bigger bearing than the original so the dust cover doesnt fit.

It fit my BMW 323Ci 1999 with no problems. Pulley seems tight does not spin much, maybe because its new.

Also, while you're at it, replace the rest of the Idlers and the Main Belt Tensioner as they all tend to go bad at the same time.

I installed this idler pulley and I am satisfied with its performance so far. Time will tell how they hold up to use and the engine environment.

The bearings in these lose their grease in time. My water pump went out, so I swapped these at the same time.
