1.The design of these Low Temp Thermostats functions more as a valve and less like a traditional thermostat, allowing certain levels of oil flow based on oil pressure. As oil pressure rises the plunger compresses the spring and oil flow increases, circulating more oil volume through the oil cooler.

I was skeptical but this item works great.

I was iffy at first, but this thing crushes it. Even hammering it down in south Texas, I cant push temps past 220F.

Easy install, way better than those other BMS thermostats that skip the spring and either drag or never hit proper oil temps.
