Better than OEM

Why use all plastic? Did Toyota cut costs and weight? This aluminum oil filter cap feels solid and fits better than the frequently cracked factory plastic caps. Excellent value for a critical engine component. Why not get one?

I love this product because it is completely upgrade version.

Satisifed with it for my 4runner

The OEM oil filter was a snug fit on reinstall and required significant effort to remove. I didnt notice a crack during reassembly, and it leaked oil all over when I started the engine. I was hesitant to reuse the original, but the aluminum upgrade was reasonable at this price. Installation went smoothly, and I've been running it for three weeks. I'll keep chekcing it outchecking.

I don't know why toyota made such plastic thing but luckily I found this replacement

Purchased this to replace the weak plastic oil filter housing. How Toyota used plastic for such a high-heat, fragile, and failure-prone component is beyond me. Fortunately, I found this aluminum upgrade.

It replaces the OEM plastic cap. I used a modified socket on my Tundra and it functions perfectly.

This aluminum oil filter housing is a direct replacement for the factory plastic cover. Installed on my 2013 FJ Cruiser. Excellent value and quality.
